Chew Mun Hou, the CEO of iAxil Pte Ltd is on his tour in Beijing . On March 21, 2005, he and Mr.Luo have a meeting in Innovation Plaza where the headquarters of Tsinghua Science Park (abbreviated THSP) located. Mr. Luo, the general manager of Tsinghua Business incubator introduces the present and future of THSP. They also discuss the method to incubate the starts-up.
